Document Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Preparing weekly reports on documentation status from Sites that have completed and ready for invoicing process
* Assisting Project Manager in conducting total recapitulation/number of PO and payment that will received after project completion
* Assisting Project Manager in supervising on PO as well as Certificate of Acceptance as completeness of billing documents
* Handling & managing all project documents such as Tender, PO, Certificate of Acceptance
* Assisting Project Manager in collecting PO that will received from customer
* Liaise with customer that related to documentation and PO
* Prepare Bill of Quantity actual reports

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Qualification

* Female
* Graduate from Management Academy and/or Office Administration
* Able to work independently, under pressure, well-organized, Achievement-oriented, discipline, meticulous, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency.
* Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc).
* Interpersonal skills, helpful person, honest, excellent in communication, and approach also persuasive.
* Good English proficiency

Experience

* Minimum of 1 year related experience
