HRD ManagerRequirements:
* Male/ Female max. 35 years old
* Min. Bachelor degree from reputable University (Psychology background)
* Min. 5 year in similar position, preferable form hospitality industry (hotel, fitness, services)
* Deep understanding in HR Operation (Recruitment, Development, Performance, Remuneration, and Industrial Relation)
* Strong leadership, good communication and presentation skill
* Fluent in English (oral & written), computer literate - HRIS
